Break 1

When playing in the ACMP mode AND using Fingered 1 or 2 fingering, a break can be made by pressing any three close notes (e.g. f, f# and g) at the left side of the split point.

Advanced breaks etc.

As an example you may wish to start a song with bass, piano and drums.
At the bridge of the song, you may want all these voices to stop momentarily for a short string section accompaniment.
Then after the bridge, you may want to resume the bass, piano and drums.

Prepare the style you choose for your song playing/recording, in order to make what you intend:

  Using the style recording feature, you can clear some channels at Main A, clear others at Main B etc. as you like. You can clear all channels in a style part (e. g. at Count Intro) to use on Auto accompaniment as a silent break when playing/recording.
Save the modified style as a User style (e. g. 161).
You can use all the 12 parts including Intros or Endings in the middle of the song during playing/recording by pressing the Style parts buttons according the plan you have in mind to the song you are recording.

During the record, only use the Registration memories to quickly change voices, effects and other related parameters.

Variation

If you tap a variation button twice rapidly, the variation will change WITHOUT playing a fill in.
